COVID-19 and Severe Storm Season Preparedness

Our speaker today is Payne County emergency management director Jeff Kuhn. He is going to talk about COVID-19, the county's role in managaing the response, how communities are being assisted, and steps that have been taken. He will also talk about the upcoming severe storm season.
