City of Stillwater Bicyclist and Pedestrian Ad Hoc Committee

Club member Sara Siems serves as a member of the City of Stillwater Bicyclist and Pedestrian Ad Hoc Committee (BPAC), which focuses on ways to advance transportation opportunities for all residents of Stillwater. BPAC reviews all city plans, documents, and standards to prepare recommendations for the city council. Sara will be joined by Keith Reed, resident bike ambassador and OSU Extension horticulture educator. They will share the importance of being a community that utilizes all modes of transportation infrastructure, not just those for motorized vehicles, including positive economic impacts in Stillwater. The city has developed a short video on the topic of multi-modal transportation.
