State Question 814 forum

State Question 814, which has been proposed by the state legislature, will be on the November 3 ballot. If approved, the allocation of the tobacco settlement funds received by the state and deposited in the Tobacco Settlement Endowment Trust (TSET) would be significantly reduced and would be redirected to the Tobacco Settlement Fund, which is appropriated by the legislature.
