Lake Carl Blackwell Dam

The earthen Lake Carl Blackwell Dam, which was originally constructed in 1937, is owned by OSU. We will be joined by Casey Shell and Brandon Neal, who are OSU engineers whose responsibilities include the dam, to provide information on the dam's condition and future.
